You own the firm.

You own your law firm and direct the legal work. You decide which cases to accept and review the work that calls for your expertise.

Our founding-attorney program is in development. Case flow is available to qualified attorneys; each referral remains subject to attorney acceptance.

How it works

How we launch
your firm.

We screen applicants, set up the firm and manage ongoing business support.

  1. Screening & selection

    We review your experience.

Apply with your background and launch plans. We assess your PI experience, case ownership and client judgment through conversations, references and professional diligence. Together, we determine whether your market, capacity and goals fit the program.

Qualified attorneys receive an invitation to join.
  2. Onboarding & launch

    We set up your firm.

We coordinate your brand, website, entity and insurance setup. We establish separate operating and trust banking, accounting and payroll, connect the case platform, and arrange remote support. We build the launch budget and coordinate financing, with account ownership and required approvals staying with you.

Your firm is ready to start accepting cases.
  3. Cases & ongoing support

You lead the cases. We run support.

Receive 10 referred cases per month as a qualified attorney, make your acceptance decisions and lead the legal work. Firmera manages case workflows and remote intake, paralegal and case-manager support, alongside payroll, bookkeeping and the monthly close. A regular operating review keeps the firm moving, with legal judgment and supervision staying with you.

You own the firm and supervise the legal work.

A brand built around you

Your firm. Your identity.

Firmera develops your firm’s identity, website and local presence. You own the practice and lead the client relationship.

Who we’re looking for

For experienced
PI attorneys.

We’re selecting experienced plaintiff personal injury attorneys with the judgment, discipline and ambition to lead an independent practice. A book of business isn’t required. A record of taking responsibility for clients and cases is.

Experienced in personal injury
Typically 4–10 years in plaintiff PI, with hands-on responsibility from intake through negotiation and resolution.
Experienced in managing cases
Strong case judgment, client communication and settlement experience, with the ability to recognize when litigation is needed.
Ready to lead a practice
Organized, accountable and comfortable with technology. Ready to own the firm, direct legal work and build a team as it grows.

Every candidate is screened. We review experience, bar standing, professional references, market fit and readiness before making an invitation.

Capital for the first year

Your first year,
financed.

We coordinate launch and working-capital financing through specialty finance partners, with preferred program rates and terms where available. A proposed firm-level credit line covers first-year compensation and approved launch and operating expenses while cases develop.

Discuss financing in your application

A credit line to your law firm

No personal guarantee.

The proposed facility has recourse to the firm and eligible business assets, rather than a personal guarantee from the attorney.

Your compensation
First-year salary or owner draws within the approved budget.
Your launch
Brand, systems, insurance and other approved setup costs.
Your operations
Platform fees and approved expenses while cases progress.

Financing is repayable by the law firm. Availability, preferred pricing, collateral and any no-personal-guarantee terms depend on the finance partner’s underwriting and signed documents.
